The Consultation

A focused, one-to-one conversation about your Korea trip. Bring your questions – the rough ideas, the uncertainties, the things you’ve read online that have left you more confused than informed.

 

We’ll talk through your trip in real terms: what’s realistic for your timeline, what to prioritise for your interests, how to approach the beauty or wellness side if that’s relevant, and what to skip.

 

The Consultation includes:

  • 60 mins video or audio call
  • Pre-call questionnaire 
  • Written summary of key recommendations within 48 hours
  • One follow-up questions by email.

The Itinerary

A complete, day-by-day Korea itinerary built entirely around you. Your travel dates, your group, your interests, your pace. Not a template with your name on it.

 

The Itinerary covers where to stay, how to move between areas, what to eat and where, which experiences are worth booking in advance, and the practical details that travel blogs don’t always cover. For beauty and wellness travellers, clinic and treatment guidance is included where relevant.

 

The Itinerary includes:

  • Detailed pre-planning questionnaire
  • Full day-by-day itinerary document
  • Neighbourhood and accommodation guidance
  • Restaurant and experience recommendations — curated, not exhaustive
  • Transport and logistics notes

Everything in The Itinerary, plus hands-on management of your trip from first enquiry to final reservation. Seoul & Yours handles the bookings, the communications, the logistics so you arrive in Korea with everything arranged.

How It Works

1. Enquire

Fill in the short enquiry form with your travel dates and what you’re looking for. We’ll confirm which service is the right fit within 48 hours.

 

2. Questionnaire

Before any work begins, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire. The more you share, the better the plan.

 

3. Planning

Seoul & Yours builds your plan. Timelines vary by service: consultations are booked for a specific date; itineraries take 5–7 working days; concierge projects are scoped individually.

 

4. Deliver & support

Your itinerary or consultation summary is delivered, with follow-up support included as outlined above.

FAQ

Do you work with all types of travellers?

Yes, solo travellers, couples, families with young children, groups. Korea is navigable at every life stage and the plan just needs to reflect that.

 

I’ve already started planning. Can you work with what I have?

Absolutely. The Consultation is particularly well suited for travellers who have a partial plan and need a second opinion or specific guidance.

 

Do you book medical or surgical procedures?

Seoul & Yours does not book medical procedures. With our Concierge service, we can recommend clinics and book your initial consultation appointment on your behalf. From that point, all decisions and arrangements are between you and your doctor.

 

Can I book for a trip that’s several months away?

Yes, and for the Concierge service, earlier is better. Particularly for beauty clinic bookings, which can fill up significantly in advance.
