I’m Lyn. I was born in Seoul and formed everywhere else.
I grew up in Seoul, left for university in Europe, and spent the next 19 years living across Asia, Africa, the Gulf, working in travel distribution, airline partnerships, and hotel sourcing for companies.
I travelled extensively through Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond long before I had children and long after.
Travel has never been a hobby for me. It has been the structure of my life.
Korea, though, has always been different. Even from a distance, I watched it change – the food scene evolve, the beauty industry become world-leading, the neighbourhood shift. I went back regularly. I knew what was worth the hype and what wasn’t. I knew where to stay and where to eat and how to move through it without wasting a day.
Why Seoul & Yours exists.
When I moved to Doha, I started getting asked. Friends planning Korea trips and curious about the beauty clinics. Parents wondering whether it was manageable with young children. People who had read everything online and still felt like something was missing.
What they needed wasn’t more content. It was someone who actually knew and could tell them honestly what their specific trip should look like.
Seoul & Yours is that answer. A boutique consultancy built on real knowledge, real experience, and a genuine belief that Korea is one of the most rewarding destinations in the world when it’s approached the right way.

Over 15 years in travel industry means I understand logistics, supplier relationships, and how trips actually come together, not just how they’re described in itineraries. I know the difference between a clinic worth booking and one worth avoiding. I know which neighbourhoods suit which kinds of travellers. I know Korea well enough to tell you what to skip.
And I know what it’s like to travel with young children, with a partner who works constantly, with a limited window and high expectations. I plan accordingly.
